Sadly, it is almost twelve months since Ted Kaminski’s premature passing. To celebrate Ted Kaminski who was one of our life members, squash partner and friend, the Dickson Squash Club will hold a timed singles and doubles Squash Tournament on Saturday,18 March 2017 between 9:30 and 14:00.
All participants are invited to attend the dinner that will be held after the Championships (Plaka Greek Restaurant, Woolley St) starting at 7:00pm on Sat 8 August 2015. Dinner includes AGM and election of new office bearers for 2015-16.

Free for participants who play singles in the Club Championship
Yes it is that time of the year again where I ask you…are you going to play in the next pennant beginning Tuesday the 19th February??
Squash ACT registration fee for pennant will be $140.00 for all current Dickson Squash Club members, and if you are joining as a new member + $15.00 membership, pennant court hire next year will go up to $10.00 per player.
The second round will be played the day after the first round on Wednesday the 20th January, so that six rounds can be fitted in before pennant begins Tuesday the 19th February.
Keep that date free, and organise your team to come along with a friend if you choose. It will be a great night as has been in the past, with games and frivolities included. The club will subsidies the cost which is yet to be determined.

Each year the DSC runs a “Dusk Till Dawn” squash competition. In the past this has been held in December, but this proves to be a difficult month with the Christmas functions that fill the calendar. As such, the night has been shifted, with the 2012 event now scheduled to play on Friday the 17th of February. Given that the autumn pennant comp starts the following week, the Dusk Till Dawn represents an excellent opportunity to blow those Christmas-break cobwebs off your game before pennant.
Pennant will begin Tuesday the 21st February, through to mid June
The Dickson Squash Club is now accepting Registration’s for next year’s autumn pennant.
Club/teams to be submitted to the association for ratification by the 2nd January 2012
Today is the 15th December this allows us a very small window of opportunity to receive all your nominations and then compile the teams for submission to the association.
Registration forms are “still” not available from the association.
